He served 20 years as the elected District Attorney for Tehama County, worked as a Deputy District Attorney for Shasta and Tehama counties, and served as a federal prosecutor with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of California before opening the firm in 2019. He is among a small number of attorneys who handle federal cases at the U.S. Federal Court in Redding, and his trial experience spans murder, assault, robbery, domestic violence, firearm, and DUI cases on both sides of the courtroom.
